Weekly Training Plans

Hey Team!

The schedule below is for those doing the Full or 1/2 Marathon (beginners and or run/walkers).

Whether you live in the Nashville area and will join us for weekly training, or will follow a plan from your hometown, we will give you guidance along the way.

Here is the Training Plan PBH revised for 2015 (runners or walkers).

Are you local to the Nashville area?  Plan on training with us?
Beginning January 10, we will meet every Saturday at 6:45 and be running by 7:00 am for the long run at different Franklin locations.
