Weekly Training Plans

Hey Team!

The schedule below is for those doing the Full or 1/2 Marathon (beginners and or run/walkers), or the 5K.

Whether you live in the Nashville area and will join us for weekly training, or will follow a plan from your hometown, we will give you guidance along the way.

Our training program lasts for 16 weeks and began on January 7. Haven’t started yet?  That’s ok – it’s ok to start after Week 1!
